The No 1 Ladies' Detective Agency

Some words that come to mind when I think of this book... cute and clever. This is the first of a series about a woman who starts her own business as a women detective. She solves problems in the most practical ways and after you read the solution you think... Of Course. I guess that is true for any well written mystery, it all comes together. Not exactly a page turn, but not anything one would feel a burden reading either. I would give this 3.5 stars and a PG-13 rating, not for language, but for graphic description of the hard life she is in.
